4 egg yolks
1 cup powdered sugar
Dash of Salt
1/4 cup Sherry

Mix egg yolks, powdered sugar, salt and Sherry in a double-boiler, stirring constantly over heat until thick. Chill. Fold cooled mixture into Dream Whip. Tint with red food coloring to a very light pink.
